Another very technical and cutting-edge sector is OLYMPUS, with whom I’ve worked for over twenty years in a variety of branches (medical, photo, compliance, human resources). I of course read piles of medical publications, I consult the European Commission regarding legislation, I review the competition and their style of communication and market approach, I am in contact with technical consultants in the company to finetune the glossary. Ideally several return journeys are necessary before the final document is delivered and afterwards, I always request a copy of the final published version. For Olympus, I translate brochures, user manuals, specifications, internal procedures, webpages…
